Mosser Construction Inc. recently announced leadership appointments for Matthew A. Wolfe, P.E., Shawn Tooman, Christopher Carry, P.E., Nicholas P. Steyer, P.E., and Matt Otermat.

Wolfe, who most recently served as Vice President of Operations, was named Mosser’s Executive Vice President. In this new role, the 30-year company veteran will collaborate with Mosser’s divisions to optimize team performance and promote talent growth.

Tooman, in his new role as Director of Project Management for the Building Division, will utilize his 19 years of experience on a variety of Mosser projects, including work in the company’s industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, and institutional sectors. He will oversee project management resources, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and Mosser’s quality standards.

Carry will use his nearly 20 years of experience in heavy/civil construction as Director of Mosser’s Heavy Civil Division. He will continue the division’s focus on expanding its expertise in site, civil, and bridge construction.

Steyer, with more than 10 years of experience working with water and wastewater clients, was named Director of the Water Division. In his new role, he will continue collaborating with owners, operators, equipment suppliers, engineers, and Mosser’s skilled technical team.

Otermat will continue his nearly 30-year career with Mosser as Director of Estimating for the Building Division, overseeing the Estimating Department to ensure accurate competitive bids and budgets to meet client needs.

Taft Merger Grows Firm to 1,000+ Attorneys Across 10+ States

Taft recently expanded into the Mountain West region through a merger with Denver’s oldest and third-largest law firm, Sherman & Howard LLC. Effective Jan. 1, 2025, the merger will increase Taft’s size to over 1,000 attorneys, stretching from Washington, D.C. to Colorado, including offices in Ohio cities such as Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Delaware.
